Jogging Again???

This is my 3rd time trying this jogging thing. I am getting old as fuck and my stomach (umkhaba ) is just out there!!

Ooh! By the way I fucken hate gym. I am not saying gym is bad I’m saying I hate it and yes I had a membership that I only used for 6 months out of the 2 year contract I had. But that’s another topic for another day.

Let me not digress comrades let’s get back to jogging. I remember the first time I tried it; it was hell and it didn't help that I had no clue of how to go about the whole thing.

So I went jogging at full speed, on the busiest street, in the evening. Let me tell you... BAD idea ever!!!! Firstly the fumes from all those cars and buses are no joke. Secondly the is way too many eyes looking at you (that’s what you bloody thinking, like people who are tired from work have time to looking at you).

Here is a mathematical problem for you first time jogger + fumes +(x watching eyes) = I am not fucken doing that again.

That lasted up until I saw myself in a mirror a year later and I said to myself , Self let’s try this again but this time let’s do a bit of research. Few weeks later I was doing 5k not without a struggle but I was doing it.

I continued with my beautiful runs until we moved to a new place and I stopped.

I can’t tell why I stopped maybe it was a change of scenery or something i don’t know. Here I am a year and half later trying again using the same method. As they say Third time’s a charm, I must say this time around I’m more in control eyes or no eyes I get out there do my bloody Jogging thing.
